AC/DC add Thunderstruck Chardonnay to wine repertoire
AC/DC have added Thunderstruck Chardonnay to their expanding range of wines. Thunderstruck Chardonnay is the fifth offering (so far) in a range of wines that is only available down under (so far...).
The wine, issued by Warburn Estate, one of Australia's top wineries, will go on sale form October 21 for $16.99 AUD (about $17.50 U.S.) and will be available from Woolworths Liquor, BWS, and Dan Murphys.
The first four wines: Back in Black Shiraz, Highway to Hell Cabernet Sauvignon, Hells Bells Sauvignon Blanc and You Shook Me All Night Long Moscato saw sales topping 70,000 units within weeks of its release.
Many bands are diversifying and seeking alternative ways to extend their brand. Additionally, in August AC/DC brought out their own version of Monopoly.
