AC/DC scoop ARIA Award for 'Live at River Plate' DVD

AC/DC have been awarded Best Music DVD of 2011 for 'Live at River Plate' by Australia's ARIA Awards. The film, directed by David Mallet, was shot in Buenos Aires, Argentina using 32 HD cameras and was officially released here in the U.S. on May 10 2011.

AC/DC members attended the premiere for the film on May 6th at the Hammersmith Odeon in London.

The DVD reached #1 in 17 countries, including the U.S., Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Argentina, Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Canada, Hungary, Ireland, New Zealand and Belgium.
