What a magnificent tour. I am so grateful and lucky to have seen the boys four times during the Black Ice World Tour. I never thought this would happen and a couple of years ago I would have laughed at the suggestion that AC/DC would be embarking on such a mammoth world tour which has lasted 21 months. Every setlist was different for me, the so-called "secret" show with only 13 songs. This increased to a setlist consisting of 18 songs by the time they had reached Boston a few weeks later. Then when they returned to the Gillette Stadium following their European leg, DED and SDIF had been added and the setlist consisted of 20 songs.
By the time I made the pilgrimage, across the Atlantic, to Donington Park this year, HV, one of my all-time faves had been added. I may have pneumonia as a result and be in debt for the rest of my life, but it was worth it.
Brian's comment about the boys only wanting to have a good time and some Rock'n'roll fun is what it is all about. And as a fan, I have enjoyed rockin out with the boys to the detriment of my lungs and taking in the shows in the true spirit in which they were intended....and that is to have FUN! Yeeeeeehaaaaaaaa!!!! another tour already.....
I raise my glass to the boys. I SALUTE YOU AC/DC!!!!!

HEAR HEAR!!!! yep, me too. actually thought id NEVER see them & then 3 times in just over a year... well its unbelievable. totally agree about HV one of my faves too, so that was a real bonus!! all 3 experiences were really different but not because of the setlists (they were pretty much the same!) 02 london - had the best view .. seats on first tier to the side of the stage. best sound here for me too probably cause of my position. didnt sit down whole show & stewards were good as gold about it.
wembley - bang in the middle of standing. didnt see a lot ! but the atmosphere was fantastic & made up for that, had a great close up view when angus did LTBR!
Donington - was a bit up the hill , great view of the crowd and stage but DC were like little ants, thankgod for big screens.. i say!!! crowd where i was were a bit lame, but i couldnt give a shit, was doing me own thing jumping & dancing around! hats off to Heat tho, for getting so close!
