Posted ImageAs Brian Johnson readies for Daytona, he and his team were out in force today rallying support for their cause, and it's a good one - for Brian is hoping to raise $1m for the families affected by pediatric cancer.

Does anybody know what happened to that original interview recording - did it turn toxic or something?

Just uploaded link....found it elsewhere. Brian clearly states on it that he hopes to be in the studio before summer. All this over-hyped cr@p about the album being on hold is starting to make me nauseous. What a load of BS. Dunno why Brian opened his mouth...the idea was to get support for his race and raise money for charity, instead it's turned into a media fiasco about the new album being cancelled

It's the media's job to sensationalize and stir hype - they need to get people to their sites and increase advertising revenue.

Anyway, I am going to have to remove that link, people will have to PM Live Wire for the file as it would appear that there might be an issue with the content of that interview.

OK so DC were due to hit the studio end of Feb / beginning of March, that is now end of April / beginning of May, looking tighter for this year, but I am still saying that the album will hit the shelves sometime in the fall

Depends. Average time from recording to release is 4 months but Black Ice took almost 6 months to be released after it was recorded.
