Exactly! I am soooooo bored of waiting for news! Even dirty dc are nowhere near me for another 9 months- thats as long as a bleedin pregnancy! Im almost suicidal where dc are concerned! hi guys hope you are well x

I'm not so sure. The longer they wait and the older they get the more likely it is that something bad might happen to one or more of the members (like death or old age/alzheimers).

Absolutely! By a long time, i s'pose i meant within a year. but yeah time is against them now & its worrying. tbh, if they didnt bring out another album it wouldnt be the end of the world for me. Black ice is my least favourite album & i dont think for me another album would top all the ones previous to BI. Im desperate to see them again tho.

I am a life long ACDC fan and so is my father/family. We watched them UK MANCHESTER M.E.N ARENA twice,Stiff upper lip tour and BLACK ICE TOUR and also WEMBLEY STADIUM BLACK ICE TOUR UK. To be honest i think ACDC are now ripping there fans off!! A new album that is basically an audio version of there last DVD!! Not a single acknowledgement of the uk or any of the other countries they toured. Its a JOKE! Why not give the fans a BLACK ICE LIVE CD/DVD,and put a song from every country on it?? Something fans all over the world can relate to and say "I WAS THERE" I think its disgusting they can only seem to acknowledge the Argentina part of their 3 YEAR tour!!!
I no a lot of fans an they all say the same..and wont be buying it. Iv also cancelled my online membership to their fan club bacause that had become so poor..and so has everyone i know. ACDC need some new management because they are being so poorly advised and they are so out of touch with their fans!!!

In part you are correct. However, historically, AC/DC have *Never* been a "hands-on" typical entity. They have always been Maverick in their style and approach and this is no different. The people putting out the media is Sony - their recording company. Out to get as much $$$$ as people are willing to pay. I ripped the audio from the River Plate DVD a long time ago. Ethical? probably not. Mike the mixer will probably have something to say about that but I am not perturbed.

For me *personally* AC/DC is a band I grew up with. As a teenager they were my idols and nothing has changed there. I was 18 when Bon died and a bit of me and my friends who were also fans died then and there - with Bon. But, I never give up on AC/DC - with all the *CRAP* in this world today - we need AC/DC more than ever.

I doubt whether AC/DC give this a second thought...they have their own lives etc. Suggest all do the same. Take AC/DC as they are and not read *too much* into anything and you can't go wrong.

I think it's a fairly safe bet that we'll be hearing more soon. It's their 40th anniversary this year and they'll probably want to commemorate that in some way. Though I'd be a bit cautious about raising any flags until they actually turn up for a gig. With the best intentions in the world, they are knocking on in years and they all smoke. So let's just keep our fingers crossed that they manage to put something out.
