ACDCzone launches AC/DC sweepstakes contest
Today ACDCzone launched a new contest for forum members. Anyone can join up and enter the sweepstakes which runs until April 14th 2011*. This is AC/DCzone's third forum contest and the winners will be drawn by the AC/DC documentary ("Beyond the Thunder") filmmaker, Kurt Squiers.
The prizes on offer are:
- 1st prize: Let There Be Rock & Live at River Plate (both on Blu-ray)
- 2nd prize: Let There Be Rock (Blu-ray)
- 3rd prize: Live at River Plate (Blu-ray)
- 4th prize: Live at River Plate (DVD)
The winners will be notified on April 23rd 2011.

I was wondering if acdc would be playing in the us this year?
Both Brian and Cliff have indicated that they are taking a rest this year. Brian has signed up to race cars this coming season so a 2011 tour looks extremely unlikely.
Makes mwe wonder if they’ll ever tour the US again?
Can Beyond the Thunder be purchased in the dvd format anywhere?
The film is still incomplete, but the filmmaker is working on getting the final stages, which includes a meeting with the band, organized. Kurt recently had a meeting with AC/DC’s assistant to the manager so there could be some progress on this in the future.
