Phil Rudd recently put his harbor-view homes in Tauranga, New Zealand on the market. The homes were built separate to one another however, they both form part of Phil Rudd's property and are for sale as two separate homes or combined as one two-home compound.

As we reported earlier, Phil Rudd is opening his own restaurant - named "Phil's Place" - in September. Bay of Plenty Times is reporting that Rudd has invited friends from the rock world to the opening, including fellow AC/DC band members Brian Johnson, Angus and Malcolm Young, and Cliff Williams.
