Perth next stop for Jewels Exhibition
PERTH is the next stop for Australia's Family Jewels Exhibition's counter-clockwise jaunt of Australia. The city will play host to the exhibition which will be at the WA Museum from April 16 to July 7, 2011. Entry to the exhibition is free and there are over 400 items on display which include instruments, costumes, props, photographs, lyric sheets and other memorabilia.
Curator, Tim Fisher, says the exhibition acts as a link between the band’s material history and that of their music.
Over 220,000 people visited the exhibition when it was on display in Melbourne last year.
